What You Do

  • Lead and manage cash programmes end-to-end to drive growth, while maintaining a strong focus on risk management and compliance.
  • Design and execute the digital transformation of cash management programmes to deliver a seamless and delightful end-to-end user experience.
  • Deeply understand the banking needs of business owners across industries—including those looking to buy, sell, or operate businesses—using data-driven insights to develop bold solutions that address pain points and drive adoption of OCBC solutions.
  • Curate and deliver tailored solutions that support business owners through various stages of their business life cycle.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and enhance solution offerings and customer experience, championing change as the cash product programme evolves.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, and risk requirements across all aspects of the cash programme.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration skills to successfully roll out initiatives with clear metrics, measurable impact, and continuous improvement.

Who You Are

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • You possess 5+ years of experience in product management, programme management, or a related role within the financial services industry.
  • You demonstrate a strong understanding of cash management solutions and SME banking.
  • You are data-driven, with the ability to analyse insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • You possess excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • You are a proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership.
