What you do
Depending on team placement (Team 1 or Team 2), your key responsibilities will include:
Team 1 – Product Grooming & Planning:
Support product refinement processes and preparation for key development events.
Assist in coordinating meetings and managing project timelines.
Team 2 – Onboarding Journey Enhancement:
Assist in gathering and analysing user feedback to identify areas for onboarding improvement.
Support the design and testing of new onboarding features.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document product specifications.
Contribute to user research and competitor analysis.
Track project progress using tools like Jira and Confluence.
Prepare reports for stakeholder updates.

Who you are
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
Eager to learn and contribute in a dynamic team environment.
Team 1: Structured thinking and prior project management experience are a plus.
Team 2: Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Finance or a related field.
Available for a full-time internship of at least 10–12 weeks.
Team 2: Familiarity with tools like Figma, Jira, and Confluence is advantageous.
A collaborative spirit and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
Learning Objectives
This internship will provide you with:
