How you succeed

  • Utilize your strong backend skills in Java and related technologies, along with expertise in JavaScript frameworks, to build seamless, scalable applications.

  • Apply your knowledge of AI models and LLM prompt engineering to develop intelligent automation solutions that address complex business challenges.

  • Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices across both frontend and backend stacks through continuous learning.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly microservices and applications.

  • Proactively identify and implement opportunities to optimize and automate business processes end-to-end.

What you do

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services and microservices using Java and related technologies.

  • Automate complex business processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

  • Integrate AI models into automation workflows, applying prompt engineering techniques to customize AI behavior.

  • Collaborate with data scientists, AI specialists, and cross-functional teams to implement, test, and optimize AI-driven solutions.

  • Ensure software quality through code reviews, unit testing, and documentation.

  • Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, automation, microservices, and backend development technologies.

  • Drive innovation by researching and applying new tools, technologies, and methodologies.

  • Project management to own and build the solution end to end

Who you are

  • Innovative mindset with can do attitude

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Proven experience in automating processes using technologies such as RPA, workflow automation tools, or custom automation frameworks.

  • Strong backend development skills in Java, with experience in Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices.

  • Exposure to AI models (e.g., NLP, computer vision, or other ML models) and practical experience with prompt engineering to customize AI behavior.

  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) is a plus.

  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle, design patterns, and agile methodologies.

  • Proficient with version control systems (Git).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

  • Knowledge of databases (both SQL and NoSQL).

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

  • Understanding of AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
