What you do

Create compelling executive presentations that effectively translate complex technical information into clear, business-oriented updates.

Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather accurate technical information, fostering strong interpersonal relationships to facilitate effective communication.

Ask insightful and targeted questions to fully understand technical details and ensure business communications are both accurate and relevant.

Draft persuasive business proposals that support project funding by transforming technical inputs into strategic and engaging narratives.

Partner with the Procurement team to coordinate Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, including the preparation of documentation, evaluation templates, and comprehensive reports.

Conduct detailed project cost analyses, breaking down budgets to component levels with precision and accuracy

Continuously evaluate and enhance departmental processes to improve operational efficiency and workflow effectiveness.

Maintain and update the department’s Confluence page, ensuring all reports and documentation are accurate, current, and easily accessible to the team.
Who you are
-
You have a degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field.

You are comfortable working with numbers and using Excel.

You’re a strong communicator, able to explain technical things simply.

You are organised and enjoy improving how things work.

You enjoy working with different teams and building relationships.

Experience with PowerPoint and Confluence is a plus.
