What you do Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining VBA macros and automation scripts to streamline workflows across Microsoft Office tools.
  • Building automation tools to reduce manual work and enhance team efficiency.
  • Analyzing cross-asset exposures based on client segments and enhancing risk analytics capabilities through data visualization and RPA.
  • Supporting the treasury advisory desk with daily trade flow analysis and revenue reporting.
  • Assisting in identifying trading opportunities and providing timely market updates.
  • Performing analytics to assess the performance of treasury investment products across various asset classes.
  • Supporting data extraction and content preparation for management meetings and reports.

Who you work with OCBC Global Markets encompasses Treasury Advisory and Institutional Sales, Asset Liability Management, Trading, and Business Management. All working together, offering services that enable efficient business operations and enabling customers to focus on growth. Who you are

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
  • Possess a strong interest in financial markets and products.
  • Demonstrate a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly VBA programming within Excel and Bloomberg.
  • Exhibit an interest in and knowledge of BI visualization tools like Tableau and Qlikview.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages is a plus.
  • Are self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrate the ability to identify process improvements and suggest innovative solutions.
