Bank of Singapore opens doors to new opportunities.

At Bank of Singapore, we are constantly on the lookout for exceptional individuals to join our team. We promote a culture of openness, teamwork and fairness. Most importantly, we invest in our people through our programmes that develop them on both professional and personal levels. Besides attractive remuneration packages, we offer non-financial benefits and opportunities to develop your potential within OCBC Group’s global network of subsidiaries and offices. If you have passion, drive and the will to succeed, rise to the challenge today!

At Bank of Singapore, being a trusted advisor to our clients is what matters most. That trust is built not just through conversations and insights, but through the tools, systems, and workflows that support every interaction.

The Internal Platforms Experience (IPE) Design team focuses on improving these behind-the-scenes platforms. We design tools that help relationship managers, investment specialists, and operations staff serve clients more effectively, clearly, and confidently.

You’ll work alongside the Client Front End (CFE) Design team and be supported by specialists in Design Ops, Design Standards, Content Strategy, User Research, and Marketing & Communications — all collaborating to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences across the bank.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to improve internal tools that support the client lifecycle.

  • Map workflows, design flows and UI, and build prototypes grounded in usability and system constraints.

  • Test your work with real users, refine it based on feedback, and contribute to our growing design system.

  • Own your work — your contributions won’t disappear into a backlog; they’ll help shape how the bank runs.

  • As we move from system-based projects to journey-based design, you’ll have space to go deeper into a specific lifecycle area and make it your own.

  • Some days you’ll be mapping messy internal workflows or sketching fresh ideas; others you’ll be working with engineers to get the details right.

  • The challenges aren’t always glamorous — but they’re real, they’re important, and your design decisions will make a visible difference.

You might be a good fit if you:

  • Have 2–4 years of experience designing digital products — ideally complex or operational tools.

  • Are proficient in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.

  • Think in systems, anticipate edge cases, and communicate your decisions clearly.

  • Like working across disciplines and solving real problems for real users.

  • Bonus: Experience with CRMs, internal tools, or design systems.

You don’t need to tick every box. We look for potential, a positive attitude, and a can-do mindset. If this sounds like a challenge you’re up for, we’d love to hear from you.

Why join us:

  • Impact through internal design: Improve how teams deliver trusted advice across the client journey.

  • Design-led team: We work closely with product and engineering in a collaborative, design-led environment.

  • Lean and focused: Every designer plays a central role — no filler work or layers for the sake of it.

  • Outcomes-driven: Projects are linked to tangible results — speed, accuracy, adoption.

  • Supportive culture: Weekly design reviews, project check-ins, and 1:1s with your manager ensure you’re supported and growing.

  • In-person collaboration: We prioritise time together to build trust, share context, and move faster
