Why Join
We are looking for a driven and experienced professional to join Global Trade Finance team as a Trade Sales Manager. This role is pivotal in supporting coverage teams with trade sales origination, driving revenue and asset growth, and delivering bespoke trade and supply chain finance solutions to large corporate clients across diverse industries.
What you do
1. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of clients to grow trade wallet share through proactive and strategic sales efforts.
2. Originate, structure, and deliver trade and supply chain finance solutions tailored to client needs across various sectors.
3. Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities with both new-to-bank and existing clients.
4. Provide trade advisory, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
5. Collaborate closely with relationship managers and product teams to drive trade initiatives and business outcomes.
Who you are

Minimum 8 years of banking experience in trade product, sales, or operations; regional exposure and supply chain finance experience are advantageous.

Demonstrated success in trade product sales and business development, with a strong track record of revenue growth from local and cross-border trade solutions.

Understanding of risk management principles, including credit, compliance, operational, and product risks.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial orientation and a passion for innovation.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in Mandarin is a plus to support regional client engagement.
