BOS Trustee Limited is the trust company owned by the Bank of Singapore Limited. Headquartered in Singapore and regulated by MAS. The company provides trust administration services. The incumbent will support the business in trust administration activities. A team player to join and support the trust company in administration of trust mandates.
Main duties
Incumbent will be part of a team of Trust Support Specialists who assist with preparation of trust documentation required for the administration of the trust including but not limited to the following
- Assist the Team Lead in product related matters and queries. To act as defacto delegate for the Team Lead as necessary, assist to provide guidance to the more junior staff in the team. Play an integral role in setting documentation standards and improving consistency and efficiency.
- Assist the trust company in client account administration maintenance matters for the trusts such as
-Distribution / Revocation requests
-Bank account opening, processing of the bank account update forms and updating of authorised signatories of bank account(s). Liaise with bank counterparties as necessary.
-Insurance transfers / purchase / surrendering and related processing
-Credit facility / Guarantee / Third Party Memorandum of Charge documents processing
-Preparing/Reviewing and approving trust related documentation and checklists as required
-Submit/Review and approve records updating in trust system
-Prepare/Review and approve payment processing for trust related expenses
-Ensure good accurate records/trackers upkeeping of trust information (e.g. trust relevant parties) as well as trusts and/or company activities
-Complete and sign off internal checklists, perform assessments as necessary.
-Interact with various stakeholders (e.g. front office) to obtain necessary documentation for the file. - Handle and co-ordinate ad hoc projects as required by business needs. Maintaining relevant spreadsheets to track and record progress as necessary.

Requirements
- 5 – 10 years working experience preferred
- Degree/Diploma holders
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office, in particular Microsoft Excel
- Team player
- Meticulous and have an eye for details
