This role should combine analytics, product insight, and business strategy. Candidate should possess the ability to turn raw data from platforms and partners into actionable insights that drive partner strategy, product design, credit risk management, and customer engagement.

Job Description

Ecosystem & Partner Data Integration

  • Work with ecosystem partners such as accounting, ERP, POS, and e-commerce partners to ingest and structure their data.
  • Build dashboards that map customer flows: from SMEs’ sales/invoices → to embedded lending/FX/transaction products.

Product & Usage Analytics

  • Track adoption metrics for embedded finance products (e.g., loan applications, CASA/FX utilization).
  • Run cohort analysis of SME behaviour (by ecosystem vertical, sector , geography).
  • Spot opportunities for cross-sell/upsell embedded solutions.

Credit & Risk Insights

  • Support Credit Risk team in developing new risk metrics tailored for embedded lending (e.g., repayment behaviour tied to POS cash flow).
  • Support RPM in using ecosystem data (invoices, receivables, payment flows) to enrich credit scoring models.
  • Highlight early warning signals (SMEs whose revenues are declining, potential defaults).

Commercial & Strategic Reporting

  • Provide leadership with clear monthly/quarterly reports: growth of embedded products, SME financing gaps addressed, portfolio health.
  • Model business cases for new partnerships or geographies.

Experimentation & Growth

  • Identify friction points in partner integrations by analyzing funnel drop-offs.
  • Recommend pricing/fee tweaks based on utilization data.

  • Strong in SQL, Python/R, data visualization (Tableau/PowerBI), and financial modeling.
  • Experience in banking/fintech/ERP/e-commerce data is a huge plus.
  • Preferably 7-10 years minimum working experience
  • Balanced: not just a “data cruncher,” but someone who can translate insights into business strategy and partner discussions.
