Marketing and Communications
The Marketing and Communications department plays a strategic role in shaping the firm’s market presence and reputation. We lead integrated campaigns and thought leadership initiatives that spotlight PwC’s expertise on pressing client and industry issues, driving engagement and growth across targeted segments. Working across all lines of service and industries, we harness insights and analytics to craft insightful narratives that reflect client priorities and anticipate market shifts. By connecting our firm’s capabilities to real-world issues, we strengthen PwC’s reputation, build trust and open doors to new opportunities.
How you will value-add
As part of the team, you will help shape and deliver communications that position PwC at the forefront of industry conversations. Working across lines of business, you’ll craft messaging and content that reflects the firm’s insights on key themes such as business trust, AI and digital transformation, workforce evolution, business model reinvention, risk and ESG — whether through media campaigns, executive and leadership communications or thought leadership.
You will collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex ideas into compelling content and help shape forward-looking and differentiated narratives that deliver actionable insights for clients and industries. From supporting the development of thought leadership reports to drafting social media copies and PR materials and leadership communications messages, your work will help bring PwC’s voice to life across platforms and audiences.
Key responsibilities:

Create and adapt content across formats, including media campaigns, social platforms, executive communications and thought leadership, that reflect the firm’s perspectives on key business and industry topics.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to shape timely narratives that translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging with actionable insights for clients and industry partners.

Draft and refine materials such as press releases, interview briefs, leadership commentary and thought leadership reports that contribute to the firm’s visibility and credibility in the marketplace.

Ensure consistency in tone, style and branding across all written outputs, in line with global standards.

Work closely together with various functions in the Marketing and Communications department to bring the content to life and for both internal distribution and external amplification
About you

Recognised degree in communications, mass communications, journalism

2-3 years of integrated communications experience (internal, PR, social)

Excellent written and verbal skills in business English (fluency in more than 1 language is an advantage)

Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms

Able to work under tight deadlines and under pressure

Able to work independently and also be part of a team

Able to deal with large amounts of information/facts quickly and in an organised fashion
