Make an Impact by:

  • Able to independently perform patch update testing, verification, and implementation for operating systems, software, and security on the testbed system, and execute Methods of Procedure (MOP) in Production system during maintenance windows.
  • Coordinate and execute disaster recovery activities promptly during service disruptions to minimize downtime and revenue loss.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation for procedures and configurations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure operational and cybersecurity requirements are met.
  • Perform system, service, and security audits to maintain compliance.
  • Engage with vendor support teams to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
  • Work with stakeholders to align with operational and cybersecurity requirements.
  • Develop playbooks and scripts to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to define objectives for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) initiatives.
  • Analyze data and perform data labelling to enhance model accuracy.
  • Implement changes and optimizations to AI/ML algorithms to enhance functionality.
  • Lead and Support the daily operations of Mobile Messaging Platform and resolving customer support issue

Skills for Success:

  • Degree in Engineering with a major in Computer Science, IP Networking, or Telecommunications/Mobile Communication.
  • Preference for candidates with certifications in Networking (e.g., CCNA/CCNP), Network Security and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI/ML).
  • Knowledge of programming and scripting such as Python, Bash.
  • A good understanding of network protocols (DNS, TCP/IP, SMTP, HTTP/HTTPS), UNIX/Linux system internals (kernel, drivers, file systems, virtual memory) and Firewall operations.
  • Experience implementing, operating, and supporting open-source tools for system and security monitoring on UNIX/Linux platforms, ansible, Microsoft Copilot.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms and technologies.
  • Knowledge of 4G, and 5G telecommunications technologies, protocols, and standards
