Own end-to-end vulnerability assessment and penetration testing across diverse mission critical client environments, from scoping and methodology through exploit, validation, and closure. You’ll translate findings into clear, risk-based reports with practical remediation guidance, collaborate closely with client teams to prioritise patch deployment. You’ll be supported with mentorship and certifications to level up across architecture, implementation, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end vulnerability assessment and penetration testing for client environments
- Produce clear, risk-based reports and remediation guidance; collaborate with client teams to validate fixes.
- Contribute to patch/prioritization conversations and validate fixes post-deployment
- Create client-ready artifacts: methodology, evidence, executive summary, and risk based reporting.
- Provide remediation guidance and assist in OS hardening / Host configuration review.
- Operate strictly within legal/contractual scopes and ethical testing standards; escalate critical exposures promptly.
Essential Qualifications
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, HTTP, and common enterprise stacks (Windows/Linux)
- Hands on with Pentest tooling: Nmap, Burp Suite Pro, OWASP ZAP, Cobalt Strike/Sliver (or equivalent)
- Practical knowledge of OS hardening techniques and methodologies.
- Ability to manage support teams, engage stakeholders, handle escalations, and meet service commitments.
- Strong written/oral communication; stakeholder/vendor management; ability to coach junior engineers
- Analytical thinking with solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Possesses OSCP / CRTP / eCPPT / GWAPT/CISSP/ CREST CRT or similar certification
