The Business Analyst for billing and customer care system (BCC) will be responsible in gathering requirements from requestors and translate the requirements to use stories. The user stories will be used as the basis to work with IT on the solution required and the Business Analyst will translate the user stories to a fully executable test cases and pass to the testers to execute. This role works closely with business stakeholders, IT and testers to deliver business needs for both BCC R1 and R2.

 

Make an Impact by

 

  • Gather user requirements and translate into User Stories in JIRA
  • Based on the User Stories, work with IT on the solution.
  • Translate the User Stories to a fully executable test plan that can be passed to the testers to execute
  • Managing timeline of the BCC demands and setting the right expectations with stake holders
  • Identify solution gaps during feasibility study with IT
  • Understanding current operations and propose alternative work flow/processes that the solution cannot cater to the full requirements

 

Skills for Succes

 

  • Degree or Diploma in IT or Business
  • An experienced business analyst with minimum of 1 years in an Agile environment
  • Minimum 5 years in a Telco environment managing project delivery for Telco products  
  • Stakeholder management experience across the larger organization.
  • Ability to present on the demand status, solution, timeline, blockers and mitigation
  • Ability to chair daily standup meeting and prioritize with developers in technical terms
  • Ability to challenge the solutions and costs for each deman
  • Must have Singtel Product and agile methodology knowledge
