Financial stewardship & P&L ownership

  • Own Platform portfolio P&L across customerbillable, capitalised and strategic initiatives; drive forecast accuracy (quarterly) and annual AOP submission.
  • Partner with product P&L holders/directors to plan, manage and track Opex/Capex, including capex activation aligned to customer deployment timelines

 

Pricing & commercial structuring

  • Design SOWbased professional services proposals (manday rates/mandays), set price books and approval paths consistent with Pricing Empowerment Frameworks.
  • Ensure intercompany pricing aligns to Transfer Pricing Policy & Guidelines.

Recovery & compliance

  • Plan and execute partial recoverability of the role via customer projects and internal recovery mechanisms; track TMC cost recovery GLs for accurate P&L reflection.
  • Ensure contractual billing milestones are met and evidence packs are in place

 

Portfolio & program delivery

  • Triangulate project plans, timelines and budgets across Platform programs; run operating rhythms and program manage risks, dependencies and milestone attainment.
  • Drive PIC productisation for platform revenues with product leaders.

 

Stakeholder leadership

  • Work with Directors/product P&L holders and executives to set platform strategy, secure investments, and land outcomes; lead crossfunctional teams (Finance, Legal, Procurement, Delivery, Sales Ops)

 

Policy & governance adherence

  • Uphold Group policies (Transfer Pricing, Data Classification), procurement routes/authorisations and auditability for pricing, spend & recoveries.

 

Skills for Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Analytics, or related field
  • 6–10 years in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Financial planning, budgeting, and variance analysis
  • Business analytics and dashboard reporting (Excel, Finance tools, BI tools)
  • Project governance
  • Proven capability in SOW structuring, man‑day pricing, and deal governance.
  • Working knowledge of capex activation, revenue recognition/billing milestones, and TMC recovery GLs.
  • Familiarity with Transfer Pricing Policy and internal controls.
