As a Supply Chain Finance (SCF) Product Manager at OCBC, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of trade finance. You’ll work with a talented team to design and deliver innovative products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. How you succeed

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to stay ahead of the curve in terms of market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the bank to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive growth. Your ability to analyze complex data, think strategically, and communicate effectively will be essential in driving success.

What you do

You will support the development, enhancement, and management of SCF solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of SCF structures and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver client-centric solutions that drive business growth.

Product Development & Management

1. Assist in managing the SCF product suite, including payables and receivables finance.

2. Support the execution of product initiatives, enhancements, and digital transformation efforts.

3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

System Enhancements & Process Improvements

1. Collaborate with Technology and Operations teams to identify and implement system enhancements that improve product functionality, efficiency, and user experience.

2. Monitor system functionality and proactively address issues or gaps impacting product delivery.

Stakeholder Collaboration

1. Work closely with Sales, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance to ensure smooth product delivery and governance.

2. Provide product expertise during client engagements and solutioning discussions.

3. Participate in cross-functional working groups to support product rollouts and client implementations.

Risk & Compliance

1. Ensure product offerings comply with internal policies and external regulations.

2. Support documentation and approval processes for new product features or structures.

Performance Monitoring

1. Track product performance metrics.

2. Identify areas for improvement in product usage, client experience, and operational efficiency.
 

Who you are

  • At least 5 years of experience in trade finance, supply chain finance, product management, or a related field

  • Strong technical knowledge of SCF structures and working capital solutions

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, build strong relationships with stakeholders and work effectively in a team environment
