What You Do
Product Development & Innovation

Support the Head of Digital Assets in implementing the bank’s digital-asset roadmap and business strategy.

Conduct research and benchmarking to identify opportunities in tokenisation, custody, and digital-money solutions.

Contribute to business case development, user stories, and product requirement documentation.

Assist in process mapping, workflow design, and control framework development for new products.
Execution & Delivery

Coordinate digital-asset project delivery across Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Legal, and Finance functions.

Track milestones, timelines, and dependencies; maintain structured documentation using Confluence or equivalent tools.

Support product testing, validation, and integration across blockchain platforms and custody workflows.

Assist with operational readiness, including SOP design, staff training, and control implementation.

Monitor post-launch performance, adoption metrics, and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying process automation and data optimisation opportunities.
Stakeholder Management & Partnerships

Engage internal business units and functional stakeholders to embed digital-asset capabilities within Global Markets offerings.

Collaborate with external partners — blockchain providers, custodians, and fintech platforms — to enhance product delivery.

Support the preparation of materials for internal committees, regulatory engagements, and industry working groups.
Governance & Risk Management

Ensure all digital-asset products and activities comply with OCBC’s risk, legal, and compliance frameworks.

Maintain governance documentation, process manuals, and operational control checklists.

Identify, monitor, and escalate delivery, operational, and cybersecurity risks related to digital-asset products.
Who You Are
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Law, or related discipline.
-
Relevant certifications such as PMP, CFA, CfTP, Professional Scrum Master, or Professional Scrum Product Owner are advantageous.

5–7 years of experience in product management, fintech, or financial markets, preferably with exposure to blockchain or digital-asset solutions.

Strong understanding of digital assets market infrastructure, processes, and tokenisation frameworks.

Proven record in project delivery and stakeholder coordination across multiple functions.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Self-starter with strong execution discipline and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
