Key job responsibilities
We are looking for a results-driven, dynamic and motivated Account Manager to drive the success for Selling Partner on Amazon.sg. The Account Manager will have experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and the ability to deliver results. Provide primary post-sales general and/or technical support to third-party sellers. Manage relationships with accounts and develop strategies to maximize these relationships. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining performance and working with Selling Partner to improve performance. In addition, responsible for proactive monitoring of accounts to identify and address any issues that may impact revenue generation. Must be focused on driving results, and work across all relevant cross-functional areas to guarantee effective communication, implementation, and execution of objectives.

Basic Qualifications
– Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree Work experience in business development, marketing, marketing communications and business analytics preferably in the eCommerce, retail technology, or software industries
– Able to commit to a 6-months full-time internship during 2026
– Expected graduation from Dec 2026 to Aug 2027
– Candidates must be able to legally work in Singapore
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
– Relevant experience in Sales, post sales and Business Development in managing B2B Business accounts
– Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented
– Develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions to typical, unusual or difficult situations or problems
