How it works

We are hiring an VP Digital solutions Manager to drive next-generation Transaction Banking solutions across ASEAN and Greater China. This hybrid Product Manager + Market Manager role commercializes new opportunities, digitizes flows, and captures emerging cash, trade, and network flows across the region. Immediate focus is on Digital-Asset Settlement, with broader responsibility across payment aggregation, collections, new rails, and value-chain ecosystems.

What you do

Product & Solution Development

1. Lead product roadmap for digital-asset settlement, tokenized deposits, programmable flows, and new payment capabilities.

2. Digitise fragmented flows across cash, trade, and payments—including collections, payouts, reconciliation, and cross-border commerce.

3. Design solutions that convert network flows (marketplaces, platforms, supply chains, NBFC corridors) into integrated cash and trade propositions.

Market Management & Commercialisation

1. Identify early value-chain opportunities and convert them into scalable GTB solutions.

2. Drive commercialisation across cash, trade, FX, and settlement flows, ensuring integration into OCBC’s regional network.

3. Build lighthouse pilots with clients, RMs, and industry partners, shape demand for a single OCBC regional offering.

Cross-Functional Leadership

1. Work closely with Technology, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Trade, Cash, FX, Architecture, and Coverage teams.

2. Ensure launch readiness: requirements, documentation, service model, risk alignment.

3. Drive 0→1→Scale delivery for new cash, trade, and payment solutions across multiple markets.

Risk & Regulatory Alignment

1. Support policy development for digital assets, aggregated payments, new rails, wallets, and settlement models.

2. Align solutions with MAS and cross-border regulatory frameworks.

Who you are

Experience & Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or Masters degree

  • 8 years in Transaction Banking, Cash, Trade, Payments, Payment Aggregators, Digital Assets, or fintech.

  • Strong understanding of cash management, trade flows, aggregation, orchestration, and digitization.

  • Experience with cross-border settlement, reconciliation, and payment operations.

  • Knowledge of digital money (tokenised deposits, stablecoins, wallets) is an advantage.

  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks (MAS, Payments Act, AML/KYC, Travel Rule).

Commercial & Leadership Skills

  • Strong commercial instinct with ability to identify early client, ecosystem, and network-flow opportunities.

  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders, clients, and regional teams.

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex topics for decision-makers.

  • Ability to create compelling commercial narratives and business cases.
