The Digital Operations Executive is responsible for executing and maintaining accurate, timely, and compliant configurations across Singtel’s digital platforms. This role ensures operational integrity by supporting the setup, validation, and deployment of offers, campaigns, product journeys, and platform configurations. The position works closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, QA, IT Delivery and Offshore Operations (MCC) to ensure smooth digital experiences across web and mobile channels.

 

Make an Impact by

 

Configuration management

  • Perform configuration updates across digital platforms such as Singtel.com, My Singtel App, GOMO, Heya and eShop buyflow systems.
  • Set up and maintain product, pricing, promotion, display logic, and customer journey configurations based on business requirements.
  • Ensure configuration accuracy, consistency, and compliance with UX standards, brand guidelines, regulatory obligations, and internal governance.
  • Maintain documentation, change logs, and audit records for all configurations.

 

Operational execution & release support

  • Support business-critical releases, promotions and deployments by validating configurations prior to and after launch.
  • Perform pre- and post-deployment sanity checks to ensure error-free experiences across digital touchpoints.
  • Participate in scheduled weekend or midnight deployment windows, with compensatory leave provided.
  • Assist in preparing configuration readiness checklists and validating end-to-end flows during UAT and production rollout.

 

Incident & Problem Support

  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving configuration-related issues and incidents in collaboration with onshore WebOps, IT, QA and Production Support teams.
  • Perform quick-turnaround fixes or temporary mitigation actions to restore customer journeys when required.
  • Support the investigation of order fallouts, pricing discrepancies, and platform mismatches.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Owners, Marketing, QA, IT Delivery and offshore MCC teams to ensure alignment on requirements, timelines, and operational deliverables.
  • Support QA with configuration insights, test data and validation steps for UAT and post-launch verification.
  • Coordinate with offshore teams when conducting shared configuration tasks or operational transitions.

 

Continuous Improvement & Governance

  • Identify opportunities to streamline configuration processes and contribute to SOP improvements.
  • Support automation or standardization initiatives to enhance accuracy and reduce manual effort.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, audit, and InfoSec requirements across all configuration activities.

 

 

Skills for Success

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Digital Media, Information Systems, Business or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital operations, configuration management, content management, or e-commerce operations preferred.
  • Experience with CMS or configuration platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, product catalog/config tools) is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy in executing operational tasks.
  • Good understanding of digital journeys, display logic, content lifecycle or UX considerations.
  • Proficient in documentation, versioning and maintaining configuration records.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with tight release timelines.
  • Willing to support occasional weekend morning or midnight deployments (with time-off in lieu).
