As a Senior Assistant, Administration, you will be responsible responsible for project delivery which delivers and support projects with minimal or no on-site presence. You will ensure deliverables are on time and conform to processes and standards meeting customers’ requirements. You will also be assisting the TS delivery team in fronting simple and small value projects based on contractual milestones and timelines with zero lapses.
What you will do:
- Coordinating delivery of hardware/software to customer
- Updating internal project revenue tracking systems (iTrack/IPMS)
- Completing and submit project artefacts, agreed schedule, and reports on time, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project standards.
- Collaborating with on-site PMs / vendors for updates and handovers
- Obtaining signed Delivery Orders (DOs) from customer
- Securing billing confirmation and sign-off for invoicing customer
- Conducting project closure activities, including obtaining final approvals, updating systems, submitting closure documentation, and archiving records.
- Tracking and prioritizing chargeable work to maintain billability/productivity and submit all time logs on time.
- Achieving financial performance by meeting revenue targets given. Monitor and control project finances to ensure zero margin dollar erosion against approved baselines throughout the fiscal year.
- Consistently provide excellent customer service to ensure high satisfaction and prevent any customer complaints.
- Prioritizing and handling multiple tasks efficiently, especially given our fast-paced work environment where we often face frequent interruptions and considerable pressure due to immediate deadlines.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation and versioning within our shared drive or library. This practice ensures that everyone has access to the latest information and can collaborate seamlessly.
- Be flexible and ready to take on any ad hoc duties that may be assigned.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- At least 0-1 years of relevant experience in Project Administration and Project Support
