What you can expect from the One Deals Internship:
The One Deals Internship is designed to give students firsthand experience working alongside highly trained PwC Deals professionals on real-life client projects. You will have the opportunity to conduct research on companies, industry sectors and transactions using various tools and databases at the firm’s disposal.
This is a great opportunity for you to develop your problem solving, presentation skills, and demonstrate your key takeaways from your stint with us^.
^Recipients of a Priority Offer upon graduation will join our Deals Edge Programme. This 2-year rotational program gives associates exposure to multiple Deals BUs. To be considered for the Deals Edge Programme, students must go through the One Deals Internship. Click here for more information on our Edge programme.

Our year-end internship from December 2025 to January/February 2026 (8 to 10 weeks) or

Our off-cycle internship from January 2026 to June 2026 (6 months).
All shortlisted One Deals interns will be assessed for suitability to join us. Successful candidates will be notified of the team allocation upon offer stage taking into consideration:

your results from the case study/ interview component
✦Within the different PwC Deals BUs here, you may share with us your preferred specialization to join upon the application stage. Kindly note that allocations will be on best effort basis, depending on individual business requirements.

Requirements:

Students from any field of study (Accountancy, Business Management, Business Analytics, Economics, Law, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance) from local and/or overseas universities

Previous financial modelling experience preferred
-
Highly motivated to do M&A related work
-
Excellent academic (minimum 2nd class upper) and co-curricular achievement record
-
A results-oriented self-starter and a bright team player who is resourceful, possesses strong business acumen and has the ability to think laterally and outside the box
-
An ability to work independently and effectively under pressure, and be highly adaptable in a dynamic environment
-
Other essential attributes include excellent analytics and communication skills

Fluency in other languages will be an advantage
