As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Project Delivery:
-
Performing customer-facing pre-sales and delivery role as a program and technical architect, demonstrating executive presence, and strong client relationship building skill
-
Architecting and documenting high level and low level solution and design on Salesforce core platforms, multi-clouds (Sales, Service, marketing, Education, PSS, Financial services, and with strong integrations knowledge.

Ensuring quality in build – through review of technical solution and fix resolution.

Troublefixing, diagnosing root cause issues in solutions, and rapidly working with the technical teams to deliver to the quality required

Design/drive complex projects, programs, and processes such as DevOps, Automated Testing at scale, working with relevant nominated team members for these areas

Evaluate the risks of solutions design – including security, performance, scalability risks and similar
Sales and Pre-sales support:

Understanding and rapidly building new Proof of concepts on new Salesforce launches (e.g. Agentforce, Data Cloud 360)

Demonstrating strong business insight and strategic sales skills to solution for and estimate effort of sales opportunities

Exercise strong consultative mindset for business and technical solutions.
Practice leadership:

Lead, orchestrate, guide, mentor and motivate, particularly in a diverse region.

Invest time in building re-usable assets and thought leadership for the business

Manage risk effectively by following commercial and risk processes of the firm

Exhibit exceptional teamwork and collaborative style – ability to team with diverse markets, represent the challenges and collaborate with geography leaders
About You
The qualified professional we seek is a Salesforce Architecture with these qualifications.

Degree holder (e.g. IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines)
-
Required skills: salesforce architecture (solution and technical architecture), business development, minimum 4 salesforce certifications
-
Minimum 10 years of salesforce development, technical, architecture experience.

Can drive the solutioning discussions, comfortable building capability of their teams.

Must have strong business insight and strategic sales skills.

An understanding of strategy, industry, and market concepts (Public Sector, Finance, Banking and Retail)

Has strong understanding of Salesforce multi-clouds on core – including industry clouds such as Education Cloud, Financial Services cloud, Public Sector Cloud.

Excellent intellectual and analytical skills – ability to structure problem statements and be the catalyst for uncovering new ways to solve problems. Prior management consulting, business development, or strategy & planning experiences are desired.

Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to graphically represent new ideas and concepts to executive leaders.

Strong time management skills – ability to multitask.

Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, listening skills, ability to establish rapport and credibility over virtual engagements, and clearly articulate a value proposition.

Exceptional presentation skills; ability to effectively and energetically present to partners, customers, peers, and management.
