Make an Impact by:
- Manage day-to-day order rising and management within SLA. Validate all orders raised and review all documentations before order is closed.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders from within Cyber and NSS and other BUs e.g. Sales Segments, CSS on order related issues, order raising and closure and external stakeholders.
- Provide consultancy and advisory to AM and SS on order raising concerns, documents to reduce errors.
- Coach Sales Specialist where required, on APEX, BCC and DSO-related SS processes.
- Manage storage, archival of Operations processes such as correspondence, operating processes, instructions, and procedures, business reports and various other data. Assemble and distribute information as required.
- Drive Sales Ops team in efficiently managing the Order Raising and Order Closure function within the predefined SLA.
- Work closely with Product team for new product launch – order related processes.
- Enforce policies and procedures relating to Sales Orders and Procurement.
- Consolidate and prepare Sales Operations – Booking reports, guidance to Product, Business Analyst, Finance, Sales and Delivery on order related matters.
- Continuously automate and enhance weekly updates of Power BI dashboards to provide live data and real-time insights across KPIs for products, sales operations, and sales segments.
- Automate generation and distribution of weekly CSS reports in Power Apps.
- Establish or participate in a new digital workflow or automation for NSS Product Stakeholders. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve sales operations by reducing time on routine tasks, allowing focus on higher-value activities.
- Manage centralised administration of Vendor Quotation System and Acubuy (procurement system).
- Create, shape and manage deal desk setup to support accounts classified as directly supported under TS Direct initiative.
- Establish strong support for pricing engagement by Sales Specialist for complete end to end support including engagement with clients, partners and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and grow relationship in conjunction with SS leaders with distributors and partners.
Skills for Success:
- Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations and Sales Support roles.
- MS Office with high level of proficiency in Excel.
- Power Apps.
- Must have eye for details and ability to multitask.
- Independent, good time management and sensitive to numbers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with all levels.
