Make an Impact by:
- Support the daily operations of mobile charging systems to ensure accurate and reliable usage charging for all voice, SMS, data, and prepaid services.
- Perform system health checks, troubleshoot issues, and analyse charging performance to maintain high system integrity.
- Conduct call detail record verifications and system validation during upgrades and network changes.
- Collaborate closely with vendors, planners, and IT/marketing teams to deliver new products and service features.
- Participate in software patch testing, implementation, and acceptance verification to ensure service quality and smooth rollouts.
- Lead or support charging-related projects, ensuring timely execution and effective cross-team coordination.
- Document engineering test results, operational procedures, and standard operating plans (SOPs).
- Contribute ideas to enhance automation and preventive operations — improving team efficiency and customer experience.
- Provide technical insights to support new service trials and feasibility studies.
- Occasionally work beyond regular hours for planned upgrades or service maintenance to minimize customer impact.
Skills for Success:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Communications, or related field.
(Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are welcome to apply.) - Passion for mobile technologies (4G/5G/VoLTE) and eagerness to learn about carrier-grade telecom systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured, methodical approach.
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication, initiative, and ownership.
- Familiarity or experience with UNIX/Linux platforms and scripting is an advantage.
- Understanding of mobile network protocols (5G, LTE, UMTS, SMSC, Prepaid, GSM) is a plus.
