• Deliver OLLC & GIS works orders for customers whilst complying to Singtel’s internal methodologies.
• Manage and follow-thru fallouts from the OLLC & GIS works orders (provide, change, cease).
• Manage issues arising from the OLLC & GIS works orders (provide, change, cease).
• Ensure the key OLLC & GIS milestone dates are met.
• Prepare and submit weekly & monthly reports.
• Execute effective communications with Customers, LSPs and other stakeholders, and manage their expectations.
• Uphold customer experience.
• Meet Team KPIs and targets.

Skills For Success:

• Diploma in any ICT equivalent domain.
• Min 3 years of telco delivery or coordination.
• MS O365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Network architecture and concepts
• Basic technical network knowledge
• Problem Management
• Supplier Management
