- Deliver OLLC & GIS works orders for customers whilst complying to Singtel’s internal methodologies.
- Manage and follow-thru fallouts from the OLLC & GIS works orders (provide, change, cease).
- Manage issues arising from the OLLC & GIS works orders (provide, change, cease).
- Ensure the key OLLC & GIS milestone dates are met.
- Prepare and submit weekly & monthly reports.
- Execute effective communications with Customers, LSPs and other stakeholders, and manage their expectations.
- Uphold customer experience.
- Meet Team KPIs and targets.
Skills For Success:
- Diploma in any ICT equivalent domain.
- Min 3 years of telco delivery or coordination.
- MS O365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Network architecture and concepts
- Basic technical network knowledge
- Problem Management
- Supplier Management
