The Sales Support Associate supports the development of new wholesale roaming business.

 

Make an Impact by

  • Assist Business Development Manager in client development, onboarding and after sales support.
  • Reconcile traffic reports and issue invoices.
  • Coordinate with respective stakeholders for onboarding logistics support.
  • Address client inquiries about products and services in a timely fashion.
  • Support client for product enhancement in coordinating both internal and external stakeholders to realise new product.
  • Analyze client concerns and work with respective stakeholders to provide resolutions.
  • Providing administrative support such as scheduling meetings, ordering SIM cards.
  • Prepare month end closing report.

 

Skills for Success

  • University Degree
  • At least 2 years in customer operation, client services or project management in post sales support environment
  • Strong customer engagement personality.
