The Sales Support Associate supports the development of new wholesale roaming business.
Make an Impact by
- Assist Business Development Manager in client development, onboarding and after sales support.
- Reconcile traffic reports and issue invoices.
- Coordinate with respective stakeholders for onboarding logistics support.
- Address client inquiries about products and services in a timely fashion.
- Support client for product enhancement in coordinating both internal and external stakeholders to realise new product.
- Analyze client concerns and work with respective stakeholders to provide resolutions.
- Providing administrative support such as scheduling meetings, ordering SIM cards.
- Prepare month end closing report.
Skills for Success
- University Degree
- At least 2 years in customer operation, client services or project management in post sales support environment
- Strong customer engagement personality.
