What you do
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
– Meeting with customers to understand their financial goals and needs
– Providing expert advice on our products and services, including savings accounts, credit cards, and investments
– Building and maintaining relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
– Identifying opportunities to promote our products and services, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets
– Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas
Who you are:
– A degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or marketing
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
– A strong understanding of financial products and services, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance
– A proactive and customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
