How will you value-add?

Drive Operational Excellence – Identify areas for operational improvement within BD processes, recommend practical solutions, and lead the execution of these improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Manage CRM-related activities – Manage CRM-related activities such as contact management, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, and ensuring data integrity across systems.

Support client development and feedback– Operationalise the client feedback programme (compilation of client feedback data and preparing reports to management) and other key account development activities

Proven experience in business development operations, account development, or a related function within professional services or financial markets.

Experience with CRM maintenance and contact management to support effective BD activities.

Strong understanding of BD technicals such as pipeline management, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), proposal preparation, and client engagement processes.

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields such as Business, Finance or Marketing.
- Minimum 3 years in business development support, middle office, or operations within professional services or consulting.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Experience in programme/project coordination and stakeholder management.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a resilient personality;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated team player with a resilient personality
