About the role
We are looking for a cybersecurity leader to shape and drive our regional Microsoft Security agenda. In this role, you will bring together deep technical expertise, commercial acumen and leadership capability to help our clients solve complex security challenges and to grow our Microsoft Security practice across the region.
What you’ll be responsible for

Define and steer the regional cybersecurity strategy anchored on Microsoft Security platforms, reference architectures and best practice frameworks.

Serve as the go-to authority for Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Entra, Purview and broader Microsoft cloud security capabilities, setting the standard for technical excellence.

Develop and nurture strategic relationships across Microsoft’s security organisation – including account, security specialist, partner development and go to market teams – to unlock joint opportunities and influence direction.

Work closely with PwC’s client management team, alliance and consulting team to originate, shape and win new cybersecurity engagements, expanding our Microsoft Security footprint.

Lead and guide team in solution design and delivery activities to ensure robust architectures, pragmatic recommendations and high quality execution for our clients.

Represent PwC’s cybersecurity capabilities at regional forums, executive roundtables and industry events.

Lead, coach and develop practitioners across multiple territories, building high performing teams and a collaborative culture.
About you

A senior cybersecurity professional with deep, handson experience across the Microsoft Security stack.

Strong familiarity with Microsoft’s regional security organisation, product roadmap and partner / alliance landscape.

Demonstrable background in consulting, advisory or senior enterprise security roles, with client-facing responsibilities.

Evidence of shaping security strategies, leading complex transformation programmes and influencing senior executives and boards.

Proven ability to work effectively across SEA region and teams, with strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship building skills.

Experience in practice leadership, building new service lines or scaling cybersecurity teams will be considered a strong plus.
