Why Join

As a Transaction Banking Connectivity Solutions specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing seamless direct connectivity channels (API/Host to Host/SWIFT SCORE) for our corporate clients. You’ll work closely with Product and sales teams (sometimes with clients also) to understand clients’ needs and rollout replicable and tailored solutions that meet their expectations. This is a great opportunity to build robust capabilities and drive business growth.

How you succeed

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to take a client-centric approach, working closely with Product and Sales to understand client needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations. You’ll need to collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a product/capability rollout which meets customer requirements while adhering to compliance, legal and support requirement and needs.

What you do

1. Manage electronic channels which directly connect to corporate systems like API, Host to Host (sftp), SWIFT SCORE.

2. Drive revenue realisation for applicable channel product.

3. Drive the applicable channels product development lifecycle including gathering market user requirements, high level solutioning based on user needs, work with Product development Squad, support marketing/commercialisation initiatives.

4. Support regionalisation of product and capabilities to ensure consistent behavior and ease of client integration.

5. Drive New product approval process by working with partners from Product, compliance, legal, operations, IT and others as applicable.

6. Ensure updated MIS on the applicable channel

7. Work on regional T&C for the Connectivity Channels along with Product and legal, support Implementation and Client Service team on negotiations, review and improve the documents to minimise risk to the bank.

8. Manage and take ownership of file formats using standards like ISO 20022, JSON and others as applicable.

9. Train internal users on the product and related features to ensure utilisation

10. To partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify existing and new digital solutions and architecting the end-to-end solutions to our customers

11. Work with Sales/RM/Product/Digital/Trade/Business Units teams to understand corporate customer requirements and create use cases.

12. Create and regularly update Product pages on intranet along with frequently asked questions, documentation, file samples for API.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, banking and finance or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience between 5 to 10 years in Banking/Software companies/Fintech/Financial Industry.

  • Strong knowledge of API, SFTP technology, SWIFT for Corporates

  • Proven experience in managing channel as a product or experience in customer implementation

  • Understand Transaction banking and the related services including familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Demonstrate experience and success in design and delivering solutions.

  • Experience in working cross functionally and across regions to drive partnership development.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple rollouts while supporting existing features.
