The Infrastructure Project Management Lead is responsible for leading a team of Project Managers to deliver complex, multi‑year, bank‑wide Infrastructure and Cybersecurity programs. This role provides strategic oversight, governance, prioritisation, and delivery assurance across all technology infrastructure initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations, cyber resilience standards, enterprise architecture, and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management

Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Project Managers delivering Infrastructure and Cybersecurity projects.

Oversee resource allocation, workload planning, skills development, and performance management.

Drive a high‑performing team culture with strong accountability, collaboration, and delivery discipline.
Program & Project Delivery
-
Provide end‑to‑end oversight across all Infra/Cyber programs, including data center, cloud, network, storage, end‑user compute, identity management, platform upgrades, and regulatory projects.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in compliance with bank policies.

Monitor delivery risks, dependencies, and inter‑project impacts across technology domains.
Governance, Controls & Reporting

Establish and enforce project management frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., SDLC, Agile, hybrid models).

Prepare and lead executive-level Project Steering Committee (PSC) by delivering clear, concise, and insightful reports. Present project status, risks, issues, and decisions to senior management to facilitate informed decision-making and oversight.

Ensure adherence to audit, compliance, and risk management requirements.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management

Engage and influence senior stakeholders across Technology, Cybersecurity, Operations, Risk, and Business units.

Partner with Enterprise Architecture to ensure project alignment with technology strategy.

Manage external vendors, SIs, and service providers to deliver outcomes in line with contractual commitments.
Budgeting & Financial Management

Oversee multi‑million-dollar project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Ensure cost optimization, transparent financial governance, and benefits realization.
Strategic Contributions

Support the evolution of the bank’s technology landscape, resilience posture, and digital transformation priorities.

Drive continuous improvements in project delivery processes, tools, and team capabilities.

Identify opportunities for automation, modernization, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

12+ years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles managing project portfolios in banking or regulated industries.

Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Infrastructure and Cybersecurity programs.
