What you do

You will be a vital part of the EB Services team, with responsibilities including:

  • Assist Relationship Managers with daily tasks and client support.
  • Gather necessary customer documentation for credit reviews and updates.
  • Collate and analyse customer information to support reviews and marketing efforts.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects that support team initiatives.
  • Learn and apply banking processes and operations relevant to EB Services.

Who you are

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effectively bilingual is preferred, enabling seamless communication with a diverse client base.
  • Highly organised, with an ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Eager to learn and demonstrate initiative.
