What you do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Cash Management Market Analysis: Conduct market and customer analysis across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Indonesia to identify product opportunities and refine our SME banking propositions.
- Product Development & Launch (Cash): Support product development and go-to-market efforts for Cash Management solutions (Payments, Collections, FX, Cash Balance), collaborating with cross-functional teams from ideation to launch.
- Data Automation & Reporting (Cash): Enhance reporting and operational efficiency through data automation, system issue resolution, and onboarding process improvements.
- Business Loans Portfolio Analysis: Analyze portfolio data to prepare insightful reports, uncover trends, and empower informed decision-making for our Business Loan products.
- Product Management (Business Loans): Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing to manage the product lifecycle for unsecured loans, from ideation to market introduction.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely project execution.

The Programme Management team within Emerging Business is dedicated to developing and launching innovative products and solutions for our SME clients. You’ll work alongside experienced product managers, analysts, and marketing professionals in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
