Make an Impact by:

  • Preparing standard quote generation (including PSR) for customers.
  • Preparing GSDT and all other required documents to raise orders.
  • Updating the master tracker.
  • Raising QH Underlay.
  • Preparing deployment tasks for site onboarding.
  • Managing commercial process documentation and acting as the librarian for these resources.
  • Handling billing administration.
  • Managing invoicing error reports and exception management.
  • Preparing yearly/monthly forecasts to ensure SLA compliance.
  • Providing information and documentation to the Commercial Manager upon request.

 

Skills for Success:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Good excel skills and communications skills.
  • Experience in an ICT environment preferred.
