Provide dedicated IT executive support to Singtel’s Top Executives and their Personal Assistants, ensuring a seamless, reliable, and high-quality end-user computing and collaboration experience across devices, platforms, and video conferencing environments.

Make an Impact by:

  • Acting as the Level 1 point of contact for escalations, working closely with service partners and Level 2 / SMEs to resolve incidents promptly

  • Driving workplace modernisation to improve productivity and efficiency within the IT workplace

  • Managing inventory tracking of all computing devices used by Top Executives and their PAs

  • Analysing incident trends and producing reports to identify service gaps and support continuous service improvement

  • Documenting and refining IT Executive Support processes to ensure they remain current and effective

  • Managing the setup, commissioning, health checks, and availability of Video Conferencing systems across Singtel locations

  • Supporting Top Executive meetings and events using TEAMS, ZOOM, or Webex to ensure sessions start on time and run smoothly

Skills for Success:

  • NITEC or Diploma in an IT-related discipline or equivalent

  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills across desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
