The Associate Director, IT Transformation is responsible for leading and developing IT solutions for Digital InfraCo business units, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, business objectives, and compliance standards. As the owner of IT solution architecture, the role ensures the successful implementation and operationalisation of Digital InfraCo’s BSS initiatives.
Make an impact by
- Lead IT solution architecture and delivery for Digital InfraCo’s BSS platforms.
- Engage vendors, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders as part of IT portfolio and change management processes.
- Translate business requirements into technical scope and solution designs for BSS applications.
- Ensure end-to-end service management of BSS solutions, including SLA monitoring and service performance.
- Manage vendor relationships, project implementation schedules, and delivery milestones.
- Collaborate with internal IT and business stakeholders to ensure effective governance and alignment.
Skills for success
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Significant relevant experience in IT transformation, solution architecture, and large-scale BSS implementations.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and IT service management principles.
- Experience working with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, SAP, or equivalent platforms.
- Hands-on experience in IT architecture, systems integration, and OSS/BSS environments.
- Demonstrated experience across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience designing, deploying, and operating applications in cloud environments such as AWS and/or Azure.
- Experience coordinating or leading geographically distributed teams is an advantage.
