Make an Impact by

 

  • Assist in daily monitoring of facility systems
  • Conduct regular facility inspections with engineers or technicians
  • Coordinate daily with different vendors responsible for routine Mechanical and Electrical maintenance works
  • Repair works to ensure completion according to schedule
  • Ensure works executed by vendor are in accordance to approved MOS and maintenance programmes
  • Ensure proper documentation of all maintenance work records including service reports and checklists from vendor
  • Support supervisor/manager tech refresh or enhancement projects
  • Support supervisor/manager for any incident investigation and RCA works
  • Provide bi-weekly reports to supervisor/manager
  • Support sustainability initiatives

 

Skills for Success

 

  • Currently pursuing a diploma in Engineering school ( Eg: Mechanical / Electronic / Integrated Facilities Management / Mechatronics)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Team player who is also able to perform independently
  • Good communication skills 
  • Positive attitude and proactive
