This role supports Human Capital (HC) initiatives by designing, migrating, and maintaining HC digital portals on Microsoft SharePoint Online. The role focuses on site publishing, content structure, governance, and user adoption, ensuring HC content is accessible, intuitive, and aligned with branding and user experience best practices. You will work closely with HC stakeholders to build and maintain SharePoint sites, and create clear usage guides to drive adoption and consistent use.
Responsibilities:

Partner with Human Capital team members to design, migrate, and publish HC portals to SharePoint Online.

Design and implement SharePoint site architecture, including document libraries, pages, lists, and navigation.

Set up and manage SharePoint repository structures, including permissions, access controls, and security settings.

Customize SharePoint sites and templates to align with branding guidelines and HC communication standards.

Configure and maintain SharePoint components such as web parts, workflows, and basic automation (e.g., using Power Automate).

Convert and standardize content into Microsoft 365 formats (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) as required.

Create user guides, governance standards, and usage guidelines to ensure consistent and compliant use of SharePoint sites.

Support site adoption and engagement, including improving usability, navigation, and content presentation.

Document site designs, decisions, and changes clearly for ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer.
Requirements:
Education & Background
-
Degree /Diploma or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Web Design, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
Technical & Functional Skills
-
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint Online, Word, and PowerPoint.

Hands-on experience in SharePoint site creation, customization, and publishing.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for basic web and SharePoint customizations.

Familiarity with Power Automate and SharePoint workflows.

Experience with document management, permissions, and governance in SharePoint.

Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices for intuitive and visually appealing digital sites.

Experience in content migration and platform transition projects is highly preferred.

Nice to Have

Experience with SharePoint Designer or similar tools.
