We are looking for an Intern, AI Portfolio to join our Portfolio Management team. In this role, you will act as an associate to the team, exploring and applying Agentic AI solutions to enhance productivity and operational efficiency across Finance and Change Request (CR) management functions.

Make an Impact by:

1. EIT Finance Using Agentic AI

  • Building AI agents to conduct data analysis and identify abnormalities in EIT OPEX and CAPEX spending

  • Generating standard EIT Management OPEX and CAPEX reports, including PM Project Finance reports

  • Developing OPEX, CAPEX and Project dashboards

  • Enabling authorized users to query financial information via AI-driven interfaces

  • Detecting, reporting, and tracking spending abnormalities, including assigning ownership

  • Supporting forecasting of OPEX, CAPEX and project spending in collaboration with Management and PMs

  • Generating forecast and year-end closing reports and dashboards

2. EIT Change Request (CR) Using Agentic AI

  • Building AI agents to analyze CR data and identify correct system owners and requestors

  • Enabling users to query CR-related information

  • Generating aging reports and dashboards for open CRs

  • Determining, assigning and tracking follow-up actions for aging CRs

  • Generating Pre-Implementation time reports (Business vs IT duration distribution) prior to approval

  • Analyzing trends and recommending improvements to turnaround time

  • Generating Implementation time reports (SDLC duration distribution across IT teams) post-approval and before RFS

  • Analyzing trends and recommending improvements to turnaround time

  • Generating overall EIT CR KPI reports and dashboards, with insights to improve KPI performance

Education & Qualifications

  • Polytechnic qualification in AI-related studies

Technical / Professional Skills

  • AI literacy

  • Prompt Engineering

  • Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts

Non-Technical / Soft Skills

  • Quick learner

  • Proactive and self-driven

Good to Have

  • Experience in AI agent building

  • Basic knowledge of Finance management

  • Basic understanding of Change Request (CR) processes
