We are looking for motivated Project Managers to join us on this journey.
About the Role
As a Project Manager within our Digital Fulfilment team, you will work closely with Technology and Business stakeholders to drive impactful change across front-to-back processes in both consumer and corporate banking operations. You will be part of a dynamic team of highly motivated and skilled project managers who excel at delivering results through end-to-end problem solving and creative, out-of-the-box thinking.
Key Responsibilities

Coach and mentor teams to embrace and deliver outcomes aligned with Agile values and principles.

Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress.

Support Product Owners in backlog management to maximise team value delivery.

Collaborate with fellow Project Managers and stakeholders to enhance and scale project outcomes.

Foster a safe, trusting, and high-performing team environment.
What We’re Looking For
-
8+ years of hands-on Project Management experience, preferably within the Financial Institutions sector and in Operations space.

Bonus: Have at least 3+yrs of experience handling Operations digitalization project(s), worth >1mil SGD in the Financial sector

Deep expertise in project management methodologies and Agile frameworks.

Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes within Consumer and Corporate Banking channels.

Proven ability to work effectively as a team player within a broader project management community.

Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills with a knack for thinking outside the box.

Self-starter with exceptional servant leadership and team-building capabilities.

Proactive and innovative mindset, comfortable challenging the status quo when necessary.

Ability to influence stakeholders and manage expectations without formal authority.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
