The People & Talent team (within Human Capital) supports leadership development, talent management, and employee engagement across the firm. We drive initiatives that build leadership capability, strengthen culture and engagement, and enhance employer branding—helping to attract, develop, and retain top talent aligned to our strategy.

As a People & Talent intern, you’ll support one of these focus areas: leadership development, talent management, or people engagement & employer branding. You’ll help deliver initiatives aligned to our talent strategy—working closely with internal stakeholders and contributing to real outcomes.

Depending on your assignment, you may support the following:

Leadership development

  • Support the delivery of leadership development programs and events to ensure effective execution.

  • Assist with the planning and coordination of learning initiatives, including managing invitations, registrations, training materials, and venue or virtual setup, while liaising with internal stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate learning administration, including tracking attendance and completion records.

Talent management

  • Assist in managing key talent processes by maintaining trackers, timelines, and documentation for assigned programs.

  • Support the administration of internal partner admissions and director/managing director promotion processes, including scheduling, compiling data and preparing reports for stakeholders.

  • Maintain and analyse talent management data to ensure accuracy and actionable insights.

  • Coordinate communications and logistics for talent initiatives/event —such as invitations, nominations, submissions, and scheduling—and follow up with relevant teams to ensure smooth execution.

People engagement & employer branding

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, recruitment events, and internal campaigns, including coordination and post-event follow-up.

  • Support the creation of engaging content for employer branding campaigns both internally and externally.

  • Assist in developing employee stories, visuals and materials to highlight the firm’s culture.

What you’ll gain:

  • Hands-on exposure to firmwide people initiatives (leadership development, talent management, engagement, employer branding).

  • Experience coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and delivering programmes end-to-end.

  • Opportunities to build communication, project management, and basic data handling skills in a corporate setting.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduates pursuing Business, Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, or Psychology (or related disciplines).

  • Interest in people management and/or people development.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in business English.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with data analytics tools is an advantage.

  • Nice to have: Basic content creation skills (e.g., Canva/video editing) for internal communications.
