We are looking for motivated professionals to join Singtel’s Digital Infrastructure team to deliver new capabilities in 5G, IoT, CAMARA API, and AI for our customers. You will be part of the Product Management team responsible for Singtel’s Paragon Software platform.

Singtel Paragon enables connectivity lifecycle and network assurance management for 5G/4G/IoT services, CAMARA API monetisation, edge and private cloud enablement, multi-cloud orchestration, and AI sovereign cloud solutions.

The successful candidate will drive the growth and value of Singtel’s 5G/IoT Paragon platform by enhancing platform capabilities and delivering customer-centric features.

Make an impact by

  • Define and manage 5G/IoT CMP platform features and roadmap, introducing new capabilities aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure features address customers’ 5G/4G IoT connectivity lifecycle management and network assurance needs.
  • Design and optimise user journeys (including UX and process flows) to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, development, operations) to deliver platform enhancements.
  • Partner with third-party providers to integrate value-added capabilities into the Paragon platform.
  • Define and optimise business processes for Day 1 and Day 2 operations.
  • Drive adoption of platform services.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives by developing sales and marketing collateral in collaboration with product marketing.

Skills for success

  • Strong understanding of 4G/5G technologies, including 3GPP standards and mobile network architecture.
  • Experience with CMP platforms and familiarity with leading IoT/M2M (4G/5G) connectivity lifecycle management solutions.
  • Significant experience in telecom product management, including exposure to software development lifecycle processes.
  • Experience launching and onboarding mobile connectivity products.
  • Understanding of CMP market landscape, including domestic and regional IoT/M2M customer use cases.
  • Familiarity with IoT/4G connectivity order and service fulfilment processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
