Make an impact by

  • Develop and implement category strategies to optimise costs and manage supply risks.
  • Conduct supply market analysis, spend analysis, and supplier base assessments to support category planning.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sourcing strategies, including identifying joint sourcing opportunities across business units where appropriate.
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing activities for the assigned category, including defining scope, supporting technical evaluations, conducting total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis, leading commercial negotiations, and collaborating with Legal on contract finalisation.
  • Manage contract development and administration in partnership with Legal and relevant stakeholders.
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor, manage, and drive supplier performance to ensure quality, cost, and delivery expectations are met.
  • Lead regular business reviews and performance discussions with key suppliers.

 Skills for success

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.
  • Relevant experience in procurement and category management.
  • Experience in data centres, construction, or mechanical and electrical (M&E) equipment.
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial negotiations and contracting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
