We are seeking an experienced Workplace Technology Engineer to drive enterprise‑wide end‑user computing (EUC) operations, modern workplace technology initiatives, and automation. You will oversee daily support operations, lead incident management, deliver digital workplace projects, and enhance employee experiences across multiple locations.

To excel in this role, you’ll need to be proactive, responsive, and customer-focused. You’ll work closely with employees to understand their technical needs, provide timely solutions, and continuously improve our IT services. Your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate complex ideas simply will be essential to your success.

What you do

  • Develop dashboards for continuous monitoring of endpoint risk, compliance, and controls.

  • Develop Power Automate Apps to replace manual control process 

  • Develop integrated telemetry across multiple data sources to enable analysis of trends, gaps, and control weaknesses

  • Identify and assess technology and operational risks against internal policies and regulatory requirements

  • Perform control testing to ensure operating effectiveness as per design

  • Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Risk and Security stakeholders to drive risk improvement / remediation

  • Support risk-related assurance and internal/external audit engagements

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT with 10 years’ experience in an IT infrastructure, preferably with stints in technology risk assurance role in a banking or financial services environment.

  • Strong understanding of risk management, controls, and compliance related to Workplace Technology, IoT and GenAI

  • Experience in supporting risk reviews, audits, or regulatory engagements

  • Possess creativity, ingenuity, and willingness to challenge status quo of current controls and identify improvement areas

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI (data modelling, DAX basics, dashboards)

  • Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation and approvals

  • Exposure to Power Apps (canvas apps) is highly preferred

  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of VBA, Python, or data visualisation tools preferred.

  • Added advantage if possess knowledge in one or more of these domains – observability tools, endpoint security, management of group policies and security controls.
