What you do

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the automation of key business processes, contributing to Global Markets’ ongoing digitalization journey.
  • Developing workflows to enhance customer analytics capabilities, leveraging the power of big data.
  • Streamlining management reporting, working towards regional standardization and improved consolidation.
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of corporate client events – from e-forums to webinars and networking activities.
  • Contributing to ad-hoc projects and providing support to the team as needed.

OCBC Global Markets encompasses Treasury Advisory and Institutional Sales, Asset Liability Management, Trading, and Business Management. All working together, offering services that enable efficient business operations and enabling customers to focus on growth. You’ll be joining a dynamic team – ambitious, award-winning, and driven. Who you are

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. (VBA knowledge is a plus, but not required.)
  • Exhibit keen attention to detail, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly driven, positively motivated and able to work independently and efficiently.
  • Eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau) and coding (Python & SQL) are beneficial, but not essential.
