We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources(HR) professional to join our team of high-performing HR Business Partners. The incumbent acts as the single point of contact within the business unit for all people-related issues and is a people champion ensuring that people related matters are always high on the business agenda.

As part of our HR Business Partners team for Support Functions, you are expected to live the bank’s values; understand how our culture comes to life and possess a deep knowledge of the business to be a strategic HR partner to internal client groups in enhancing business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with fellow HR Business Partners & HR Centres of Excellence (COE) in supporting various HR functions of an employee lifecycle, including employee relations, talent management, performance management, and compensation & benefits.

  • Partner with various stakeholders to develop human capital strategy & planning that support business objectives to advance the people agenda with the right talent in place.

  • Provide HR advisory to assigned client groups to align business unit strategies objectives with employees and business leaders.

  • Assist in the implementation and execution of HR processes and initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies and local employment laws.

  • Conduct research and analysis on HR trends and best practices to contribute to the development of HR strategies and policies.

  • Facilitate the recruitment and onboarding process by partnering with our resourcing team.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations for management review and decision-making.

  • Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their HR-related queries and providing timely & accurate information.

  • Stay updated on HR industry trends and changes in employment laws to ensure compliance and recommend improvements to HR processes.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3 – 5 years of HR business partner experience.

  • Ability to leverage HR data in generating insights and present findings to business leaders.

  • Ability to build strong, effective, and trusted relationships with business leaders and employees.

  • Ability to inspire trust and openness amongst colleagues and stakeholders.

  • Ability to execute bank-wide talent initiatives with excellence in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrates a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Ability to articulate a variety of topics to different audiences and influence decisions based on business outcomes.

  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Strong data management, analysis and visualisation proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
