This is a high-impact role where strategy meets execution — ideal for someone who thrives on influencing stakeholders, driving innovative talent initiatives, and building future-ready leadership pipelines.
What You’ll Do
- Support the development and drive the execution of talent management strategies aligned with business priorities
- Partner with business and HR leaders to identify critical roles and build sustainable talent pipelines
- Lead talent reviews and support succession planning to identify and develop high-potential talent
- Design and implement leadership development programmes anchored on Singtel’s SCORE framework
- Drive initiatives to enhance talent engagement, retention, and belonging
- Enable career mobility and development opportunities across the organisation
- Support early talent programmes and employer branding initiatives
- Leverage data, analytics, and AI to generate talent insights and support decision-making
- Support DEI initiatives to foster an inclusive and high-performing culture
- Lead and contribute to key talent management projects
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant tertiary education and IHRP accreditation
- Experience in talent management, leadership development, or HR strategy
- Strong strategic thinking with execution capability
- Confidence partnering and influencing senior stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to generate actionable insights
- Interest in AI and innovative talent practices
- Hands-on, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach
- Passion for people development and building inclusive workplaces
