What you do

1. Execute client FX voice trades (spot and swaps) accurately and promptly, in full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and established risk frameworks.

2. Provide competitive FX pricing and manage execution quality while actively monitoring market conditions and liquidity to minimize execution and market risk.

3. Manage dayto‑day FX trading risk, including monitoring positions, exposures, limits, and profit and loss, and escalating issues in accordance with internal policies.

4. Monitor, manage, and maintain clients’ margin requirements, ensuring timely margin calls and adherence to margin maintenance standards to mitigate credit exposure.

5. Utilize approved FX trading, pricing, and order management systems, including FIX‑enabled platforms, to execute trades, manage risk positions, and ensure accurate trade capture.

6. Perform endofshift and endof‑day reconciliations, reporting, and control checks to ensure accurate trade records, position reporting, and risk assessments.

7. Support execution workflows interfacing with liquidity providers or primeof‑prime arrangements, ensuring trades are executed, hedged, and allocated correctly.

8. Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent execution standards, proactive communication, and a client‑centric service approach.

9. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Risk Management, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure smooth trade execution and timely issue resolution.

10. Support business initiatives, system enhancements, and process improvements by contributing FX trading expertise, market insights, and operational support.

Who you are

  • Relevant experience in FX trading or execution support within an OTC FX or margin FX environment.

  • Solid understanding of FX spot and swap products, margin trading mechanics, and OTC FX risk management principles.

  • Good working knowledge of prime‑of‑prime brokerage models, including liquidity aggregation, hedging flows, margining, and trade routing concepts.

  • Familiarity with FIX connectivity for FX trading, including order routing, execution reporting, and first‑level troubleshooting of trade flow issues.

  • Understanding of the FX trade lifecycle, including execution, confirmation, margining, hedging, and settlement processes.

  • Mandatory regulatory certifications: RES5, CM‑SIP, and RES2B.

  • Strong analytical skills, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in fast‑moving market conditions.

  • Highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and disciplined, with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong client‑service mindset and the ability to explain FX concepts clearly.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of VBA, Python, or similar tools is a strong advantage.
