Support Digital Lead in the following:

  • Taking overall ownership of the organisation’s IT systems and digital platforms, with full responsibility for the core business system.

You’ll also collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of our services.

What you do

1. IT Systems Ownership & Custodianship

  • Take overall ownership of the organisation’s IT systems and digital platforms.

  • Ensure system availability, stability, data integrity, and appropriate access controls.

  • Maintain system documentation, configurations, and records of changes.

  • Act as the accountable owner for system outcomes, even where services are provided by external parties.

2. Core Business System Management

  • Own and manage the company’s core business system, including:

    • User access and role management

    • System enhancements, upgrades, and fixes

    • Vendor coordination and issue resolution

  • Ensure the system continues to meet operational, financial, and property management requirements.

  • Coordinate system testing, deployment, and post-implementation support for enhancements or changes.

3. Digitalisation & Process Improvement

  • Drive and support digitalisation initiatives through process optimisation and effective use of systems and technology.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, or digitise manual or inefficient processes.

  • Work with business teams to translate operational needs into system or digital requirements.

  • Support the rollout and adoption of digital solutions in alignment with business priorities.

4. Business Advisory & Stakeholder Support

  • Advise and support all businesses and Property Management teams on system-related matters.

  • Act as a bridge between business users and vendors by interpreting operational issues and engaging vendors in appropriate technical discussions.

  • Provide guidance on system capabilities, constraints, and best practices to support effective use of technology.

5. Technology Partnership & Service Coordination (Group O&T)

  • Coordinate with GO&T on IT services provided under agreed arrangements.

  • Translate business needs into clear and actionable requests for Group O&T.

  • Track service issues and ensure follow through on resolution to ensure business impact is minimised.

  • Support escalation of issues where required.

6. Vendor & Third-Party Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for system vendors, consultants, and technology partners.

  • Manage vendor performance, issue resolution, and delivery of agreed outcomes.

  • Support procurement, renewals, and contractual discussions from an IT perspective.

7. IT Governance, Compliance & Risk

  • Ensure IT systems comply with internal policies, standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Support IT-related audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.

  • Identify and manage IT and system-related risks, including access, data protection, vendor dependency, and system resilience.

  • Maintain appropriate documentation to support audit and risk management activities.

8. Information Security Responsibilities

  • Perform assigned Technology & Information Security Officer (TISO)-related tasks as required.

  • Support implementation of basic information security controls and practices.

  • Assist with information security risk assessments, incident reporting, and audit activities.

  • Coordinate with GO&T and relevant parties on information security matters when necessary.

Who you are

  • Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years working experience in managing IT systems and vendors representing owner.

  • Proven experience managing Enterprise or In-house IT application systems.

  • Exposure to digitalisation, process improvement, or system enhancement initiatives.

  • Experience supporting IT governance, compliance, and risk management activities.

  • Comfortable working in an environment with broad responsibilities and limited structure.

  • Able to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong communication skills in liaising with business users, vendors, and technology partners.
