This role supports the evaluation, adoption, and enablement of enterprise AI tools and platforms. The intern will apply computing knowledge to assess AI systems, analyse user data, and contribute to improving platform usability and adoption across the organisation.
Make an impact by:
- Design and implement structured evaluation frameworks to assess enterprise AI tools and their capabilities
- Conduct functional and performance testing of AI tools, documenting findings and recommendations
- Develop technically accurate educational materials, including user guides, demo scripts, and cheat sheets
- Support AI Pass platform operations, including testing, content organisation, and documentation updates
- Analyse user feedback and usage data to identify trends, pain points, and improvement opportunities
- Assist in community engagement initiatives such as workshops, demos, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Contribute to campaign and communication materials to drive awareness and adoption of AI platforms
